Science Supplies Needed

Spelling

Social Studies

Students should have brought home their Chapter 4 completed and corrected study guide today, Friday, December 15th. The chapter 4 Social Studies test will be on Wednesday, December 20th. If your child was absent on Friday, a completed study guide is in your child’s mailbox and will go home on Monday.


Science

Students should have brought home their Animals Through Time study guide today. We completed and corrected the study guide in class. The science test on this material will be on Thursday, December 21st. If your child was absent on Friday, a completed study guide is in your child’s mailbox and will go home on Monday.

Social Studies

We are currently learning about How Michigan Became a State in chapter 4 of our Meet Michigan textbook.


Reading

Last week in reading, we focused on learning about setting and how a story’s setting impacts a story. On Thursday, we did a nonfiction scavenger hunt. Students looked through nonfiction books looking for different settings such as desert, jungle, ancient Greece, etc.


Math

The students in room 122 will have their Chapter 6 test on Multiplication on Tuesday, December 12th. Please continue to practice multiplication facts with your child at home.

November PBIS

Parents Night Out

Dear Arno, Bennie & Lindemann Parents/Guardians,

French Fur Traders Presentation

On Tuesday, November 28th, the Huron-Clinton Metro Parks visited Arno School to give our students a more in depth understanding of the life of a French Fur Trader.

The students in room 122 will have their Chapter 3 Social Studies test on Tuesday, December 5th. A study guide was sent home on Tuesday, November 28th.
